Description:
The main benefit of twin wall polycarbonate is its ability to insulate. We can supply Twin Wall Polycarbonate Sheeting in 4mm, 6mm, 10mm, 16mm thick. The thicker the material the better it's insulation value. Care has to be taken when installing twin wall polycarbonate to avoid potential problems - when cutting for example you should hoover out the dust - or blow it out with compressed air and the ends of the sheeting need to be properly sealed to prevent flies and dust from accessing the inside of the sheet. The sheets will expand and contract according to temperature by about 3%. We can provide all the materials required to install this sheeting and depending on the size of the order provide the sheets cut to size, we do not stock it but bring it in to order so there is a waiting time - please consult with us. |
