PVC Door Flap

Simple and cost effective PVC flap doors for Polytunnels, made in standard sizes. The flap can be opened at the top to allow partial ventilation, or opened at the sides and rolled up fully to have the whole entrance open. A Steel Tube is fitted into a pouch at the bottom of the flap to keep it rigid, this is sold as an optional extra (anyone buying a flap for the first time would need to order one, therafter they can reuse the steel tube when replacing the pvc flap). The PVC flap is to be fitted to a timber gable (door posts) of certain dimensions, the dimensions are shown in the technical specifications tab.  The PVC Flaps are 1.95m tall.  The PVC flap overlaps with the door posts so that the edge of the flap is half way on the timber door post and lintel (i.e. 50mm in on a 100mm wide timber post).  We recommend that 100mm wide posts are used.
